A Matcha Bike barista serving a guest on campus

Work with The Matcha Bike

Help us make
the next pour
better.

Serve the line. Improve the system. There are two ways to join the team behind Miami's mint-green matcha bikes.

TWO TRACKS

Innovation + systems interns
One quality standard

Choose your lane

At the bike and
behind the system.

Both tracks stay close to the live bike operation. One focuses on the guest experience. The other turns what happens on the bike into better processes, tools and experiments.

What matters here

Bring care.
Stay curious.

We are building a small team around a clear standard: do the work thoughtfully, treat people well and leave the system better than you found it.

01

Care for details

The small things shape every cup, shift and system.

02

Show up for people

Guests and teammates should feel that they can count on you.

03

Improve what you touch

Notice friction, ask why and help make the next run smoother.
